This birth preparation course is designed to prepare you as a strong team for the birth

A more intimate experience, where a special connection is created with the other couples. Here, there is room for deeper conversations and a more present atmosphere, where you will gain valuable and practical tools, knowledge, and confidence for your birth.

It is a one-day birth preparation course, and here are the different dates you can sign up for.

You can register from week 25 of pregnancy. During the course, you and your partner will learn massage, Rebozo, and other techniques that you can use throughout the rest of your pregnancy. These techniques can help reduce physical discomfort, strengthen your teamwork as a birth team, and give your partner a deeper understanding of your body and what feels best for you.

Rebozo Copenhagen & Re:birth are joining forces to bring you and your birth partner a powerful and beautiful ONE DAY WORKSHOP – a unique blend of rebozo training, pain coping, birth preparation, couple preparation and couples bonding/relaxation before and during labor.

This workshop is filled with experience-based learning. You will learn many practical and concrete tools, movement and breathing for birth, Rebozo training, and much more. It is designed to strengthen your confidence and sense of safety during birth, build connection between you and your partner, and inspire open communication to align you as a birth team.
We will explore the physiological birth to inspire trust in the birth process and provide many tools to support the flow of labor:

Hannah Lyons

Hannah (founder of Re:Birth) is a certified doula, birth mentor, and yoga teacher, passionate about supporting families through this transformative phase of life. She weaves a holistic approach to birth preparation with functional movement, evidence-based learning, and space-holding. Hannah has supported births in both home and hospital settings.

Adriana Barri

Adriana (founder of Rebozo Copenhagen ) has been supporting birthing families and birthkeepers since 2019 by bringing authentic Mexican Rebozos to Europe. The Rebozo is a delicately crafted shawl used throughout Mexico for centuries, for birth and everyday use. Mexican midwives use them to make ‘manteada’, a massage technique that helps to relieve pain in the body and to get the baby to lie in a good position. Used during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, it has found its way into the modern birthing world as a safe and effective tool.

Adriana teaches pregnant couples and professionals how to use the rebozo during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She also teaches professionals and parents how to use the rebozo with children, young people, and adults to promote calm and regulate the nervous system.
