Shopping and Payment

You can shop on, 24 hours a day.

You select the items you want to buy and add them to the ‘basket’. You can change the contents of your basket up until the time of your order, and you can check the contents and price of the products at any time.

If you have a discount coupon or gift certificate, enter it in the first step.

Any delivery fee will be applied in step 2, where you will need to provide your personal data. When you are ready to order, choose your delivery method. You can change the contents of your shopping cart until you click on the “Approve and pay” button. Your order is then completed and registered.

Payment by card: the amount will only be withdrawn once the item(s) have been ordered on the website For payment by credit card, Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. There is no extra charge /fee for payment by credit cards such as Mastercard, JCB and foreign VISA cards. Danish Visa / Dankort cards are also free of extra charge / fee.

Discount codes

We regularly have discount codes for the shop through our partners. Common to all discount codes is that they do not apply to the following items that are already discounted. Similarly, discount codes cannot be used if a quantity discount has already been granted or is available.


We ship your package between 1 to 7 days after you place your order. If your order is urgent and you need your rebozos by a certain date, it is a good idea to let us know.

Orders over DKK 1000,- are shipped free of charge with GLS to a parcel shop, business delivery or private delivery. This also applies to landing abroad.

Shipment prices to private addresses, businesses and parcel shops in Denmark:

GLS Pakkeshop on orders under kr. 1000,- Kr. 60,-

GLS private delivery on orders under DKK 1000 – DKK 80,-

GLS business delivery on orders under kr. 1000 – Kr. 80,-

Delivery prices to EU countries (except Greenland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands, see below):

Delivery: 85,- kr.

Additional shipment charges may apply to larger shipments.

For shipment to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland, shipping costs DKK 190. Additional shipment charges may apply to larger shipments.

Rebozo Copenhagen primarily sends parcels with GLS, but other carriers may be used in special situations without prior information.

Timely delivery requires the carrier to meet the agreed delivery time, according to the delivery time they specify. In practice, this means that once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, in certain cases and during busy periods with many parcels (e.g. Christmas or Black Friday), this may mean a longer delivery time because the carrier is very busy.

If there are delays on the part of the carrier, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date.

Rebozo Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for delays by GLS or other carriers.

In the event that the chosen parcel shop is full, the carrier may be forced to deliver your parcel to another parcel shop with available shelf space. This can happen especially during busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday. If you want to make sure that your parcel is delivered near your home during these periods, you can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or workplace instead of choosing delivery to a parcel shop.

Rebozo Copenhagen is responsible for the purchase until you have received them.

Unclaimed parcels: If the parcel is returned from the parcel shop, we can charge the actual cost of returning the parcel, which is charged to us by the carrier. If you want your purchase to be reshipped, you will have to pay for the new shipping costs when redelivering the goods.

Returns and complaints

Regretted purchase

You always have a 15-day right of withdrawal at The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.


We will refund the money to the payment card you used when you placed your order. If you want the money to be returned to someone other than the payer, you must write an email to us referring to your order number (extends the refund by about 14 days). The money will be transferred once we have received and examined your return package and whether the return goods meet our return requirements (e.g. unused rebozo, or washed and rebozo is in good condition so we can sell the rebozo again)

Return freight

Rebozo Copenhagen does not offer free return shipping. But return shipping costs only DKK 50, this only applies in Denmark. Write to us with your order number and the reason for returning your order and we will send you an email with your return label. You are not obliged to use the label we have sent you. You can return the package yourself at your own expense to our office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, either by sending the package or dropping it off, it’s up to you.

If you use our returns label, we will deduct 50 DKK from the amount you paid for the item you want to return.

Return shipping from abroad is responsible for your own return at your own expense to our office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

Complaints or misdelivery:

Always contact us in the event of a complaint or faulty delivery, as not all complaints must be returned. Write an email to, describing the problem, possibly with a photo/video. We will then assess whether the product need to be returned to us. Remember that all rebozos are hand-woven so they are not perfect. They can have one thread out or different colors.

How to do it:

In case of withdrawal, please send an email to: Write to us with your order number and the reason for returning your order.

Once you have spoken to us by email or phone, use the return label that we have sent you by email after you have written to us. Attach the label to the parcel, drop it off at a parcel shop and wait for your money to be returned.

General remarks on withdrawal and returns:

You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on product(s) that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product(s). You bear the risk of the product(s) from the moment they are delivered and, when returning them, you are responsible for ensuring that they are properly wrapped. When using the return postage ticket provided, DKK 50 will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any track and trace number. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of shipment until they are received by Rebozo Copenhagen.

Once the product(s) are returned, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the product(s) back to us.

The condition of the product(s) when you return them

If the rebozo has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount you can get back depends on the trade value of the rebozo, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the goods have deteriorated, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will return the money using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the product(s).

You are welcome to come to our shop and return your parcel yourself. Of course, it doesn’t cost anything.

Personal data

When you visit, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website, including the type of browser you use, which search terms you find us on, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer. In addition, Rebozo Copenhagen uses cookies when you use our website, in connection with google analytics and ordering goods on the site.

All information provided on our shop will at NO time be transferred, sold or otherwise made available to unauthorized persons. All information is only available for No credit card information of any kind is stored. Rebozo Copenhagen can at no time withdraw more than the amount you have accepted in the shopping cart.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the product(s) to you.

The personal data is registered with Rebozo Copenhagen and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
