Good maternity care processes your personal data securely and in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We strive to minimize the use of sensitive personal information and treat your collected personal data with respect and responsibility.

The good maternity partners in data processing and handling of personal data live up to the GDPR anno 25 May 2018. Our booking and journal system uses SSL security for encrypted and secure communication.

Therapist Booking stores data with a Danish-owned hosting company in Denmark. Your data will always be covered by the protection of the Personal Data Regulation. All data we collect when booking and keeping records, as well as what you create and register yourself when booking online, is treated confidentially and is encrypted. Therapist booking has a data processor agreement with Dinero, Sygeforsikring Danmark and EasyPay.

Collection and processing of personal data

In our webshop, we only collect personal data when it is relevant to us in connection with your purchase. We collect the following personal data when purchasing in the webshop:

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions. We only store your personal data for as long as it is appropriately relevant for the reason for which it was collected or as long as we have a legal obligation to do so. See more below.

Basis of treatment and purpose

We only collect your personal information when you complete a transaction in our webshop. We do this so we can complete the deal and ship your order. We will collect your e-mail address and telephone number in order to send you an order confirmation and provide information about shipping. Should there be a desire for exchange or return, or an item is sold out etc., this is most easily done via email correspondence or over the phone, therefore we collect this information.

When you pay for your order on the check-out page, we collect your name, card data and IP address. This information is used and stored only in connection with the payment settlement and to fulfill the agreement entered into, which is the purchase.

If you do not want to provide the required personal data to complete an order / purchase, you can unfortunately not buy products on our webshop, as we can not deliver them to you.

Your personal data will be deleted after 5 years (cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act) after you have received your order.

Other recipients of personal data

We could never sell your personal data to third parties or third countries, nor do we transfer your data to them.

When you order, your personal information will be handed over to our freight company GLS.

We have our webshop and payment system through QuickPay and they act as our data processor. When you provide personal data on our webshop, it is stored in QuickPay’s data centers.

As a guarantee that QuickPay complies with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data, we have entered into a data processor agreement with QuickPay and GLS.

Your rights

If you are registered in our webshop system, you of course have the right to know what information we have registered in our system. You can have your personal data corrected and changed and you also have the right to have your personal data anonymised or deleted. However, we may ask you to document that you are who you claim to be.
