EMPOWERED PARTNER WORKSHOP – Choose the format that suits you best!

Our couples birth workshop offers the same enriching content across all formats, designed to prepare you and your partner for birth as a connected team. The difference lies in the group size and the unique experience each format provides:

– Group workshop (up to 10 couples) – A dynamic setting where you benefit from hearing other couples’ reflections. The longer duration ensures that we have time to each of you in each part of the workshop.

– Small group workshop (up to 3 couples) – A more intimate experience that fosters deeper connections with the other couples, allowing for personal discussions and shared insights in a cozy setting.

– Private session (just for you two) –
A fully personalized workshop tailored to your unique journey. While the content remains the same, this one-on-one setting offers a space to dive deeper into your questions and needs. Plus, a rebozo is included as part of your experience.

No matter which format you choose, the content remains the same—the difference lies in the group size and dynamic. Whether in a larger group, a small intimate setting, or a private session, you will gain valuable tools, knowledge, and confidence for your birth journey. 💫

Rebozo Copenhagen & Re:birth are joining forces to bring you and your birth partner a powerful and beautiful ONE DAY WORKSHOP – a unique blend of rebozo training, pain coping, birth preparation, couple preparation and couples bonding/relaxation before and during labor.

Both practical and a bit indulgent, this workshop will bring you and your partner closer together. 5 hours loaded with experiential learning and powerful self-inquiry, movement and breath for birth, rebozo training, and more. It is designed to awaken confidence, build connection, and inspire open communication to bring you into alignment as a birth team. We will explore the physiology of birth to inspire confidence in the birthing process and offer many tools to support the flow of labor:

Hannah Lyons

Hannah (@re.birth.yoga) is a certified doula, birth mentor and yoga teacher who is passionate about empowering families during this transformative stage of life. She weaves a holistic approach to birth preparation together with functional movement, evidence-based learning and space-holding. Hannah has supported births both, home births and hospital births.

Come and practice with us and prepare for birth and beyond! Come as you are, no previous experience is required. Come and let us nurture you and your baby with movement, breath work, introspection and community. Come and meet other moms and dads who may become lifelong friends. We’ll make sure it’s educational, safe, nourishing and empowering. You and your baby deserve it.” – Hannah 💕

Adriana Barri

Adriana (founder of Rebozo Copenhagen ) has been supporting birthing families and birthkeepers since 2019 by bringing authentic Mexican Rebozos to Europe. The Rebozo is a delicately crafted shawl used throughout Mexico for centuries, for birth and everyday use. Mexican midwives use them to make ‘manteada’, a massage technique that helps to relieve pain in the body and to get the baby to lie in a good position. Used during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, it has found its way into the modern birthing world as a safe and effective tool.

Adriana teaches pregnant couples and professionals how to use the rebozo during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She also teaches professionals and parents how to use the rebozo with children, young people, and adults to promote calm and regulate the nervous system.
