Empowered Partner Workshop
– Yoga – Rebozo – Birth prep
Rebozo Copenhagen & Re:birth are joining forces to bring you and your birth partner a powerful and beautiful workshop – a unique blend of partner yoga, rebozo training, birth prep, and couples bonding/relaxation.
Both practical and a bit indulgent, these 3 hours will bring you and your partner closer together. We will offer an array of support techniques and inspire open communication to bring you into alignment as a birth team. We will explore physiological birth to inspire trust in the process of birth and offer many tools to support the flow of birth:
♾️ Breath-work/Breath syncing
♾️ Yoga for labor and delivery
♾️ Active birth positions
♾️ Rebozo for pregnancy and labor
♾️ Massage and Acupressure
♾️ Comfort measures
♾️ Space-holding in labor
♾️ Communication and connection
The workshop is suitable for couples at any stage, but optimal for those in the third trimester. The birthing partner does not have to be romantically affiliated; any chosen support member will benefit.

Come and let us nourish you and baby with movement, breathwork, self-inquiry, and community. Come and meet fellow mamas who might turn into life-long friends. We’ll keep it fun, safe, nourishing, and empowering. You and baby deserve this.” – Hannah 💕
Adriana (founder of Rebozo Copenhagen ) has been supporting birthing families and birthkeepers since 2019 by bringing authentic Mexican Rebozos to Europe. The Rebozo is a delicately crafted shawl used throughout Latin America for centuries, for birth and everyday use. Mexican midwives use them to do the ‘manteada’, a massage technique to help ease aching back and to encourage the baby into a good position. It is used in pregnancy, labor, and postpartum and has made its way into the modern birth-world as a safe and effective tool.
“Our rebozo are from the artisans family to the Rebozo Copenhagen family and goes to your family. Made with love in Mexico. All Rebozos in our shop are named after Rebozo Copenhagen family members.” – Adriana
